How It Works
Your business receives a check for payment. You simply input a batch total and the number of items, scan the check(s), and submit through the easy online tools. With the use of CAR/LAR technology, there is no need to input the individual check amounts. Green Bank’s service balances the deposit and batch totals within one hour and the deposit is made. E-mail confirmation is sent to you upon completion.
We then post your account the next day and process your images of deposited items through the check clearing system. All check images are then converted to Image Replacement Documents (IRD's) and sent through the payment system.
