Green Bank Approved to Purchase Retail Banking Offices, Local Loans and Deposits of Main Street Bank

Green Bank, N.A., has received approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to acquire the retail branch facilities of Kingwood, TX-based Main Street Bank, as well as the bank’s local consumer and small business loans and deposits.  The acquisition is expected to close October 21. 

 

Currently, Green Bank has three Houston-area locations, as well as a Woodlands banking office and locations in Austin and Dallas.
