BELINDA-LEIGH HALL NAMED EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,
MANAGER RETAIL BANKING AND TREASURY MANAGEMENT
AT GREEN BANK
HOUSTON, (November 6, 2007) — Robert V. New, Jr., President & CEO of Green Bank, N.A., announced today that Belinda-Leigh Hall has joined Green Bank as Executive Vice President, Manager Retail Banking and Treasury Management at Green Bank. Hall brings over 20 years of banking experience to Green Bank and will lead the bank’s retail banking and treasury management teams, focusing on the expansion of its retail and commercial customer bases.
Prior to joining Green Bank Hall was Executive Vice President and Director of Treasury Management Services at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, formerly Texas State Bank. She served as Vice President and Regional Manager of Treasury Management Services for Guaranty Bank and Vice President and Regional Manager of Cash Management Services at First Bank & Trust. Prior to that, Hall held management positions with several other Houston banks, including JP Morgan Chase and BankOne.
Hall graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
