GLEN BELL NAMED EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,
REAL ESTATE LENDING AT GREEN BANK
HOUSTON, (November 6, 2007) — Robert V. New, Jr., President & CEO of Green Bank, N.A., announced that Glen R. Bell has been named Executive Vice President & Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Green Bank. Bell brings over 25 years of banking experience to Green Bank, with an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate lending. He will be responsible for the management of the real estate lending division; specifically the bank’s real estate loan and deposit portfolio along with cash management sales.
Bell previously served as Senior Vice President of Citibank, Texas in Houston, Texas and as Senior Vice President in charge of commercial real estate lending at First American Bank in Houston. Bell has been actively involved in the Houston and Texas real estate lending markets for the majority of his banking career. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981.
