Hurricane Assistance 

As our city rebuilds we would like to share information about Hurricane Harvey relief assistance. We are Houston strong! 

Applying for FEMA Disaster Assistance

Registering online, at www.DisasterAssistance.gov, is the quickest way to register for FEMA assistance since the event will last several days and the full scope of damages may not be immediately evident. If you are unable to access the internet, you can also call 1-800-621-3362.

Install the FEMA App, available for Apple, Android, and Blackberry mobile devices.

When you register for disaster assistance either online or by phone, you will need the following to complete your application:

Disaster assistance applicants, who have a speech disability or hearing loss and use TTY, should call 1-800-462-7585 directly; for those who use 711 or Video Relay Service (VRS), call 1-800-621-3362. The toll-free telephone numbers will operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (local time) seven days a week until further notice.

August 30th

Bankers, 

All Houston area branches will resume normal business hours Thursday, August 31st. Your safety is our top priority. Office personnel please report to your location if it is safe to do so. Contact your manager for specfic instructions.  

August 27th

Bankers, 

All Houston area branches are closed Monday, August 28th. Do not attempt to go into work unless you are part of the operations team and have been notified to report. 

Watch for daily updates on branch and office openings by 7:00PM each day. 

August 25th

Bankers,

Houston and Austin Green Bank offices and branches will be closing at 3:00 pm today, August 25th.  The Bay Area and Friendswood branches will be closing at noon.  Branches should post signage as soon as possible and the website is being updated. Non-branch employees please check with your manager.  

Essential employees are requested to work until 4:00 pm, August 25th and the team is prepared to work remotely on Monday, August 28th if needed.

The Tanglewood, Cleveland and Kingwood branches will be closed on Saturday, August 26th.

Please shut down all computers and printers before you leave today.  Do not disconnect or unplug.

On Sunday, August 27th at 6:00 pm a meeting is set to determine Monday’s openings.   You will be notified via text message and/or your team’s Disaster Recovery Plan call tree. 

If you do not hear about Monday’s planned openings or closures, please check with your manager and use good judgement as you make a decision to come in to work.

A test text message was sent around 10:45 this morning.  If you did not receive the message you must update your current contact information in the Personal Records section of ExponentHR.
